House Rules

Check-in and check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 p.m. (check-in is possible at the reception or in the hotel restaurant until 10:00 p.m.)
Check-out: Until 11:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Breakfast
Breakfast is offered to guests for an additional fee in the hotel restaurant between 7:00 and 10:00. (*when the hotel restaurant is open)

Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.

Pets
Pets are allowed in Hiša Janko (advance notice is required). The price of a pet's overnight stay is €15/day. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

Use of the sauna
Use of the sauna is only possible after prior reservation. For safety reasons, children under the age of 16 can not use the sauna without adult supervision.

Room cleaning
Rooms are cleaned daily, unless there is a "Do not disturb" sign posted. Towels and bed linen are changed every 3 days or on request.

Parking lot
Free parking is available to guests. Hiša Janko assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles.

Wi-Fi
House Janko offers free access to wireless internet.

Responsibilities of guests
Guests are responsible for keeping the accommodation in good condition and will be charged for any damage or extensive cleaning. Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00 to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests. Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave the facility if their behavior is disruptive or inappropriate.

No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Guests who smoke in non-smoking areas will be charged a cleaning fee of €200.
